The title tells the story of protagonist Serenoa Wolffort who players guide as he decides the fate of three warring kingdoms. Shortly after, the publisher officially announced that Triangle Strategy's PC release date was locked down to October 13, 2022, seven months after its debut on the Switch.
Since Project Triangle Strategy is also a Square Enix-developed title, we speculated that a similar scenario, where it launches later on PC, could happen for it as well.Īhead of September's Nintendo Direct, ResetEra users spotted an image of Green Man Gaming's XP program page that seems to confirm PC versions of both Octopath Traveler II and Triangle Strategy. Almost one year and a bucketload of success later, it also arrived on PC, via Steam. Octopath Traveler itself released as a Nintendo Switch exclusive in 2018.
